Warning: There’s some slightly not-safe-for-work imagery at the opening of this video. I’ve stared pretty intently at the film. And while there’s not much that would directly lead it to an “R” rating, it’s still a little risque for the cubicle farm. Try to watch this one at home. Bad Romance by Quixotica came highly recommended to me by Selserene . How could I not leap to check out a video with that kind of recommendation? When I viewed the film, I was in no way disappointed. Quixotica managed to create a breathtaking, beautiful video. Some of the dialogue is a little funny. “Purr for daddy” has become one of my favorite joke-lines around the house, and you can imagine how much my beloved fiancee loves hearing it. But I think Quixotica created this video with that kind of satire in mind, and I think she really drove home the genre and theme of her video. It’s about betrayal and hope, and she relies on a certain level of tongue-in-cheek self-awareness to keep those themes from becoming over-powering. If it had been any more over the top, it would have entered Twi light levels of angsty silliness. Quixotica should be commended for her artistic vision, and her ability to bring together video imagery with a wonderful soundtrack. I truly hope she picks up a second installment for this video, because I’d like to see where the story goes. Interested in the wide world of machinima ? WoW Moviewatch: The Peace Circle

Oxhorn is usually quite reliable for holiday festivities, and his video The Peace Circle instantly springs to mind when I consider Thanksgiving. “Why Mike!” you might exclaim, “What does a hippy love circle have to do with Thanksgiving?” The answer lies in Thunk’s favorite food — turkey. As the peace circle proceeds, our Night Elf mediator encounters a painful truth. Thunk loves him some turkey. The caruncles are very tasty, after all. The good news, however, is that Thunk has thoughtfully brought enough for everyone. Even Associate Professor Evil is forced to acknowledge thankfulness for Thunk’s turkey. Happy Thanksgiving, everyone! Turkey for everyone! Interested in the wide world of machinima ? We have new movies every weekday here on WoW Moviewatch ! This is a movie that will bring screams of joy to many of you. Ian Beckman has released Azerothian Super Villains – Episode 7 . Kael’thas continues to be the mainstay of the series, with his trademark voice and childish antics. Little shivers of glee still shoot up and down my spine at Beckman’s masterful portrayal of the Dark Belf Lord. My favorite part of this episode is the Team Rocket parody. Something about Arthas leading his team in a cute little poem just feels right. While I’m not foolish enough to believe Blizzard would include such a thing in Icecrown Citadel , you better believe that poem’s going to be in my head every time I show down against him. The story progresses fairly well, with the old gang reunited by the end. I don’t know. I love all of the characters, but Kael’thas steals the show to such an amazing degree that I sometimes feel like Illidan is hogging the Dark Belf Lord’s limelight. The final teaser does seem to promise more in the future for Kael’thas, so here’s hoping the next installment isn’t too far off. Interested in the wide world of machinima ? Here is a great article all about WoW Moviewatch: Trev and Eroth: Desperate Measures

Giordano posted about Trev and Eroth: Desperate Measures over at Myndflame . This is just the trailer for the movie, but it has the benefit of mostly being made up from actual footage. The reason that’s a big deal, if you don’t already know, is that many machinima trailers use slices and snippets from in-game footage or other movies that are never actually repeated in the machinima itself. This technique is usually use to give the author a springboard into inspiration, and help them get their thoughts together. I’m not quite sure what to make of Trev and Eroth . It’s supposed to end up a four-piece story, which is pretty exciting when you consider the scope and intricacy of such a plot. Gnomes as antagonists are also a huge plus for the film. However, I just think it’s way too early to lay any judgement on Giordano’s work, since we’ve yet to see the final movie. Trailers can only go so far. The plot definitely seems viable, though, so I’m curious to see how it ends up. Interested in the wide world of machinima ? We have new movies every weekday here on WoW Moviewatch ! WoW Moviewatch: The Ballad of Matthias Lehner

Heres an article I found when surfing all about WoW Moviewatch: The Ballad of Matthias Lehner
warcraft millionaire

Click here to learn the millionaire secrets in getting gold

Regular lore fans are probably pretty familiar with good old Matthias Lehner . It seems the little ghostly boy has some connection to the Lich King , and that story is one that’s sparked the imagination of many World of Warcraft players. Melvenor is helping to immortalize the young chap with the creation of The Ballad of Matthias Lehner . The video itself is actually relatively short. Its scenery and composition are both beautiful, drawing on the stark Icecrown landscapes to help highlight Melvenor’s story. The voice-acting was also pretty good, which made the video relatively easy to follow. It probably could have used a little more plot action to help keep the audience involved, but if you take the film as a genre piece, it all works out fairly well. At the end of the day, this is a nice addition the machinima about Lehner, so I’m curious to see what Melvenor will do next. Interested in the wide world of machinima ?
